Job summary

HCLTech seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Zero Trust Network Security transformations across the enterprise. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating Security, Network, Cloud, and IAM teams to achieve secure, compliant outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and tight control of scope, schedule, and budget, with focus on ZTNA, MFA, and cloud security controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience delivering Zero Trust, Network Security, or cybersecurity transformations.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (NIST Framework) and ZTNA.
• Experience with IAM/PAM and cloud security controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Zero Trust network security projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder comms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Security, Network, Cloud, Infra, Identity, and Apps.
• Drive Zero Trust principles including least privilege, continuous verification, and micro-segmentation.
• Oversee deployment of ZTNA, MFA, IAM, PAM, endpoint/security cloud controls.
• Manage vendors, system integrators, and security partners.
• Monitor progress and report to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption.
