Job summary

HCLTech in London is seeking a Technical Specialist Premium to drive Zero Trust Network Access for macOS/iOS devices. You will engineer and deliver the remote access stack, aligning with security, compliance, and product priorities.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile setup, own platform engineering from design to production, and contribute to continuous improvement while packaging Intune deployments for critical security agents.

Qualifications

• Experience with MacOS components and architecture.
• Knowledge of Intune provisioning, configuration, and app deployment.
• Understanding of end-to-end IT processes, architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build and deploy platform configurations automatically.
• Own end-to-end aspects of the platform from an engineering view.
• Ensure security and compliance standards across devices and policies.
• Collaborate with product/operations for smooth engineering-to-production transitions.
• Work with Jira and Agile methodologies to manage work items.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Intune packaging for Palo Alto Prisma Access Agent and Enterprise Browser.
• Adhere to SDLC processes and release management practices.
