Job summary

HCLTech in London is seeking an End User Computing Consultant to join the Remote Access team within the End User Computing division. The role focuses on developing the Zero Trust Network Access infrastructure for Deutsche Bank staff across iOS, Windows and macOS devices in a highly agile environment.

As the Technical Specialist Premium, you will own platform engineering end-to-end, align with security and data protection policies, and collaborate with product management for backlog refinement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or overseas equivalent.
• Experience with MacOS components and architecture is essential.
• Strong knowledge of MS Intune (endpoint manager) provisioning, configuration, compliance, conditional access, autopilot and app deployment.
• Azure Active Directory/Entra AD, MFA, and integration with Intune and M365.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end IT processes from design to operations.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build and deploy platform configurations in an automated way.
• Own end-to-end engineering of the platform from an engineering perspective.
• Ensure security and compliance standards across end-user devices.
• Collaborate with product and operations to transition from Engineering to Production.
• Maintain knowledge of SDLC platforms (Jira) and Agile methodology.
• Promote continuous improvement and drive innovation within the team.
• Handle Intune packaging and deployment for enforcement agents.
• Adhere to engineering and release management practices.
