We are experts in surgical instrument sterilisation, offering on and offsite re-processing and reliable instrument maintenance solutions. Our diverse teams use cutting-edge technology to ensure high-quality infection prevention. We recruit on a flexible basis, with 0 hours contracts tailored to your availability.

Training and Working Pattern

12 weeks of full-time training, Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00, followed by a move to a zero-hours contract.

What Is Involved?

• Preparing sterile consumables (dressings, linen, instruments, and equipment) through decontamination, inspection, assembly, and packing within quality standards.
• Checking, washing, laying up, and packing theatre instrument sets to meet specifications.
• Operating and monitoring machines (washer/disinfectors, ultrasonic, sterilizers) safely and effectively.
• Recording repairs and missing instruments on the Tracking and Traceability system (SynergyTrak).
• Returning repaired instruments to stock or appropriate sets or personnel.
