Voyage Education Partnership is seeking a Site Manager on a zero hours basis to cover absences across 11 schools in our trust, including multiple locations in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. You will open and close sites, supervise basic maintenance, uphold health and safety standards, and coordinate with contractors.

A valid driving licence and the ability to travel between academy sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between academy sites.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to site management.

We are looking for a Site Manager on a zero hours basis to cover absences at any of the 11 schools within our trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing school sites as required
• Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
• Supporting contractors and overseeing site access
• Responding to urgent site issues across multiple locations including Boston, Spalding, Gedney and Old Leake.

Essential Criteria

• Full, clean driving licence (travel between academy sites is required)
• Ability to work flexibly and independently
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Practical and hands on approach

Desired Criteria

• Previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience
• Trade/Construction experience
