Job summary

Haven High Academy invites applications for flexible invigilator positions to support examinations across multiple year groups during May and June. Examinations and mocks run at varying times, and sessions differ in length; availability during the Summer examination season is essential.

Experience and training will be provided. You will ensure fair, secure and orderly conduct of exams, monitor candidates, and uphold examination regulations in a calm, professional environment.

We are seeking flexible, confident and calm individuals to provide support with exam invigilation across various year groups to include internal and external exams. Examinations and Mock Examinations take place during varying periods and the length of sessions can vary. The successful applicant must be available during the Summer examination season which runs during May and June. The number of hours and weeks when work is available will vary according to the exam timetable. Experience preferred but not essential.

To ensure that examinations are conducted according to the regulations to:

• ensure all candidates have an equal opportunity to demonstrate their abilities
• ensure the security of the examination materials before, during and after the examination
