Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Warehouse Team here at Medik8! This is a zero hour contract - £13 per hour.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Operative is responsible for ensuring B2B and D2C orders are dispatched on time and meet high standards. Tasks include order picking and packing, stock replenishment, inbound goods handling, and supporting production/blending with material picking and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Processing B2B and D2C orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
2. Supporting Production and Blending teams with picking finished products.
3. Assisting with system and customer integrations.
4. Picking and packing stock accurately and completing related administrative duties.
5. Reporting low stock levels to prevent stock outs.
6. Maintaining GMP and cleanliness standards.
7. Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and good numerical skills.
• Experience with quality control checks during picking/packing.
• Punctual, friendly, and organized.
• Strong IT skills.
• COSH experience and MHE knowledge are desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and focus on details.
• FLT Licence is desirable but not essential.
