Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) Manager for a major marine and offshore project based out of Avonmouth. You will lead safety teams, ensure full compliance with standards, and drive a Zero Harm culture across marine, offshore and construction activities.

Role is based in Avonmouth with offshore deployment as required; you will manage audits, investigations, and improvement plans while engaging stakeholders to deliver safer project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in health and safety (CMIOSH or equivalent).
• NVQ Level 4/5 and NEBOSH Construction Cert/Diploma as required.
• Extensive construction, offshore, marine and diving safety experience.
• Deep knowledge of Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HS&W teams and ensure compliance with BMS and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage site safety audits and incident investigations across sites.
• Drive zero-harm culture across marine, offshore and construction activities.
• Engage stakeholders and review performance using leading/lagging indicators.
