Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar standards.
• Capable of using QA tools like 8D and FMEA for root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize assembly and production processes to improve quality.
• Develop and review SOPs and maintain process documentation.
• Measure and report key quality metrics and YIELDS.
• Identify failure modes and implement corrective actions with timely closure.
• Lead Final Inspection and conduct QA audits.
• Generate FAI reports and support NPI activity.
• Maintain AS9100/ISO 9001 approvals and drive corrective actions.
• Coach production teams on quality improvements and defect reduction.
• Prepare quality reports for management and customers.
• Ensure policies and EH&S compliance; promote 5S principles.
