Job summary

A financial technology client is urgently looking for an experienced Zendesk Systems Expert in London. The role involves taking ownership of CX tools like Zendesk to support both day-to-day operations and strategic scaling. Candidates should have over 3 years of Zendesk administration experience and a good understanding of DevOps, along with scripting capabilities. Overview

My client is urgently looking for an experienced Zendesk Systems Expert.


In this role, you will take ownership of the client's CX tools administration (Zendesk, Others?), to support both day-to-day operations and strategic demands as the client continues to scale.


Responsibilities


  • Take ownership of the client's CX tools administration (Zendesk and other related tools) to support day-to-day operations and strategic scaling


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of administrator experience with in-depth knowledge of Support, Guide and Explore, including API/App Integrations, Zendesk experience

  • Experience supporting cross-functional programs related to MX tooling & operations

  • Zendesk Support Admin I certification (current or lapsed) is desirable but not mandatory

  • Understanding of DevOps and change management processes and experience of VCS e.g. Git

  • Some understanding of BI tools, including Snowflake and Looker

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS plus scripting capability to bulk deploy, e.g. Python

  • Working knowledge of GDPR/etc regulations; fintech experience is a plus for AML legislation knowledge

  • Ability to communicate vision, strategy, and statuses of projects to leaders and internal stakeholders

  • Metrics mindset: built Zendesk Explore dashboards to clearly tell a story with KPIs
