Job summary

Inditex's Southampton Ladieswear team is seeking a passionate Visual Merchandiser to translate fashion trends into engaging customer experiences. You will shape the store's visual direction, create compelling displays and support sales through commercial layouts.

You'll analyse daily figures, stay ahead of trends and collaborate with Commercial and Operations to ensure stock readiness and training for colleagues. This full-time role is based in Southampton.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise the store in line with brand guidelines and current fashion trends.
• Create engaging product displays that inspire customers and support sales.
• Promote new collections and key product launches effectively.
• Work closely with the Commercial Manager to implement creative visual initiatives.
• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly commercial reports.
• Utilise money mapping and sales trends to optimise product placement.
• Monitor stock availability and identify opportunities to improve trading performance.
• Keep up to date with market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
• Ensure the store always reflects the latest fashion direction.
• Provide valuable commercial feedback to support business decisions.
• Work collaboratively with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Assist with product-related processes including stock management, orders and reporting.
• Support the training and development of colleagues and new starters.
• Share your product knowledge and trend expertise with customers.
• Help customers discover new arrivals, best sellers and alternative product options.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inspiring and service-focused store environment.

We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to join our Southampton Ladieswear team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, understands what drives sales, and has a talent for creating impactful visual displays that bring collections to life.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in shaping the customer journey, ensuring our latest trends and best-selling products are presented in a way that inspires customers and maximises commercial opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving the Visual Direction

• Merchandise the store in line with brand guidelines and current fashion trends.

• Create engaging product displays that inspire customers and support sales.
