Your Mission:

As a SEND Specialist, you’ll:
Design creative, adaptive lessons tailored to individual needs.
Deliver compassionate 1:1 or small-group support to unlock potential.
Boost confidence and independence, helping pupils flourish beyond the classroom.
Craft a safe, stimulating space where every child feels valued.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with 2+ years’ experience in SEND settings.
Experience with SEMH, MLD, or SLD—passion for inclusive education is key!
Enhanced DBS check (or readiness to apply) and strong safeguarding knowledge.
Two professional references and right to work in the UK.
