Your Role:

As a SEND Specialist, you will:

Develop engaging, tailored lessons that meet diverse learning needs.

Provide nurturing, one-to-one or small-group support to foster growth.

Build self-esteem and resilience in students, helping them thrive academically and socially.

Adapt teaching strategies to create an accessible, inspiring classroom environment.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with 2+ years of experience.

Proven background in supporting SEND, SEMH, MLD, or SLD learners.

Strong safeguarding knowledge and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

Two professional references and eligibility to work in the UK.
