Propel is partnering with one of the fastest-growing ecommerce platforms in the world — bootstrapped, profitable, and scaling from £9m to £14.5m ARR in the last twelve months. They’ve built the most downloaded app in their space and have over half a million merchants using their tools globally.

Now they’re going all in on YouTube.

The goal? To build the most valuable ecommerce channel on YouTube — where founders, operators, and small teams come to learn, laugh, and actually level up. They want this to feel more like a show than a series of tutorials, combining deep insights with entertainment and real personality.

The Role

You’ll own the YouTube strategy end-to-end: shaping the vision, creating content, and bringing fresh ideas that keep viewers coming back. From keyword research to scripting, production, and presenting, you’ll turn ecommerce challenges into videos people actually want to watch.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and lead the YouTube strategy from concept to final cut.

  • Collaborate with experts, founders, and creators to keep content fresh and relevant.
Who We’re Looking For

Someone who’s done it before. You’ve built or grown a YouTube channel — ideally in ecommerce, dropshipping, or D2C — and know what it takes to go from idea to published video. Maybe you started as an ecommerce manager or D2C marketer before turning your expertise into content. You know how to tell a story, engage an audience, and turn expertise into growth.
