Job Description:
The Head of Production will oversee a busy creative and logistical workload, managing creative development, production execution, and the launch of new Pubity YouTube channels. They will also coordinate marketing strategies across social platforms in collaboration with the Pubity leadership team.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the creative, production, and operational efforts of all Pubity YouTube channels, serving as a strategic advisor to senior management.
- Hire and manage production, post-production, and creative teams to ensure consistent video output.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align new content with Pubity’s vision, mission, and values.
- Build and manage budgets for video production, ensuring adherence to thresholds established with leadership.
- Develop future YouTube channels based on new and existing IP within the Pubity Group.
- Analyze data with the creative team to inform and refine the creative direction.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership, executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely decision-making.
- Participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making related to YouTube efforts.
- Research and recommend new policies, practices, and strategies.
- Create and maintain systems to streamline operations.
- Establish standards and procedures for hiring and managing personnel.
- Travel as needed between New York, London, and other locations to oversee production efforts.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
- 5+ years in a management role within a new media entertainment group.
- A portfolio of newly created formats and verticals with viral success.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with managing YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social accounts.
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and Slack is a plus.
