Over the last 18 months, Mark Marshall's audience has experienced rapid growth and is now a community over 3M+ strong. We produce a variety of engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos, all of which generate over 120 million views every month (we did 1B+ views in 2024!)

With huge changes on the horizon in the next few months, we're now looking to hire another full-time video editor to join the team. Here's the kind of person we're looking for (hopefully you):

We need someone who...

• has experience editing long-form YouTube videos.
• has a great instinct for video pacing, consistent narrative and strong emotional payoffs.
• is story-first and can hold attention over the course of a video.
• has a strong knowledge of retention techniques.
• has solid technical skills using DaVinci Resolve/Premiere Pro/Avid.
• places high importance on sound design and music.
• has experience working with multicam footage and fairly fast turnaround times.
• maintains high production value and overall video quality.
