Job summary

The Orchard in London is seeking a YouTube Channel Strategist to advise artists and labels on YouTube strategy, managing a roster of priority channels with proactive, data-driven guidance.

You will collaborate with internal teams and Relationship Managers, deliver post-launch initiatives, audits, and reporting, and help grow reach, retention, and revenue while maintaining high-touch service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital video, including managing and optimizing YouTube channels.
• Fluency in a second language is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for artists, labels, and Relationship Managers on assigned channels.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Execute strategic post-launch initiatives to maximise reach, retention, revenue, and client satisfaction.
