Job description

Youth Worker (E7376) - The Cardigan Centre

Thank you for your interest in applying for the role of Youth Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support our charity’s objectives in helping young people make positive changes in their lives and gain employment. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the issues facing young people during challenging times, along with effective solutions to address these challenges. Sessions are typically held on Monday and Thursday evenings.

The Centre is staffed by full-time, part-time, sessional staff, and volunteers who support our three key areas of work: Education and Training, Youth and Community, and Facilities. Our focus is on inspiring and empowering the community and its members to make informed decisions that improve their ambitions and aspirations.
