We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Support Worker. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in working with children with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver creative workshops, play sessions, and activities tailored to children's needs on a 1:1 basis.
2. Support children in accessing community facilities and building social networks.
3. Act as a key worker, developing person-centred plans that empower each child to achieve their goals.
4. Assist with personal care, while promoting dignity and independence.
5. Conduct client needs assessments and reviews.
