This is a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in youth work, support work, or behavioural intervention to play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping students manage their behaviour and engage positively with their education.

Building trust and strong relationships with students, acting as a mentor and role model throughout the school day.

Implementing behaviour management strategies and emotional support techniques to promote regulation, resilience, and positive choices.

Supporting teachers and pastoral teams to maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.

Promoting personal development and social skills, helping young people build confidence and re-engage with their goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young people in educational, youth work, or care settings – especially those with behavioural or emotional needs.

A calm, patient, and understanding nature with a strong commitment to inclusion and wellbeing.

Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to manage challenging behaviour constructively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to working with students and staff.

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).

Why This Role Stands Out:

Competitive PAYE pay that reflects your skills and experience.

Opportunities across a variety of settings – no two days are the same.

Continuous professional development and support from experienced consultants who understand the sector.

Potential for long-term placements and progression into permanent roles.

£50 referral bonus when you recommend someone who joins our team.
