We are seeking a Youth Worker for a mainstream secondary school in Lambeth to provide behavioural and pastoral support to students. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting, and possess strong behaviour management skills. Certification in Team Teach or physical intervention is desirable.
The successful Youth Worker will support students through 1:1, in-class, and outside-class interventions, especially those displaying challenging behaviour.
