Inspire Education Group is seeking a Work Experience Coach to support students across Stamford and Peterborough campuses. You will coach students to secure high-quality work experience, deliver employability sessions, and manage placement progress with employers’ feedback.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification with Level 2 English and Maths, strong IT skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. Access to a vehicle is essential for multi-site work.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and approachable candidate with experience in student-facing coaching or employability roles.
• Strong IT and admin skills with attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining confidential records and supporting students aged 16–19.

Responsibilities

• Coach students to identify and secure work experience opportunities.
• Deliver employability sessions (CVs, professional communication, workplace skills).
• Monitor progress during placements and gather feedback from employers.
