We’re looking for someone to join our Programme Team as a Youth Voice Coordinator!

Job Description

We want you to use your creativity to help children, young people and adults transform their lives, the services they use and the communities they live in. This role will work with the Head of Programmes and focus on the delivery and development of our Youth Voice Programmes and initiatives across the organisation and support the wider activity of the charity where needed. The main duties and responsibilities fall into the following three key areas:

1. Programme Coordination and Administration:
2. Programme and Events Support
3. Data Collection and processing using our CRM (Salesforce)

Job Requirements

Experience:
1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
Programme and event coordination and providing administrative support.
Collaborating with and working across teams, as well as with children and young people.
Data management, analysis and reporting, e.g. preparing project reports, inputting data into spreadsheets, CRMs or databases.
Devising, preparing and delivering presentations, workshops and training activities for children and young people and those working with them.
Preparing project communications and marketing copy to increase engagement.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills in writing and presenting.
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
