Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading collaborative theatre-making processes in participatory contexts.
• Demonstrable experience working with disabled/neurodivergent young people or young adults.
• Experience adapting creative processes to support individual access requirements.
• Substantial project management experience.
• Experience of safeguarding protected adults.
• Desirable: experience supporting disabled/neurodivergent young people through transitions.
• Desirable: experience creating work with creatively embedded access.
• Desirable: lived experience of disability.
