P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Young People’s service in Nottingham City. The role involves delivering trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help individuals overcome challenges and maintain tenancies, while building essential life skills.

We value flexible, compassionate, and solutions-focused staff. Full training will be provided, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is required. Office-based with travel across Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based support to young people to help overcome personal challenges.
• Assist with tenancy maintenance and life skills development to prevent homelessness.
• Work collaboratively with individuals to support goal setting and independence.
