Job summary

Stori is seeking a caring and motivated Support Worker to join its 24/7 supported housing projects in Pontypridd. You will provide emotional and practical support to young men and women aged 16–24 with complex needs, helping them develop skills to move into their own accommodation.

A full driving licence is required; rota includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins with extra pay. DBS checks apply; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be given.
• Willingness to work a rota that includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins (with additional payment).
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proof of right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
