Job summary

Axcis Education is seeking a Youth Support Worker to empower young people in Weston-Super-Mare schools. This role offers flexible arrangements including part-time, full-time, temporary, or long-term contracts, with a focus on providing emotional and practical support to pupils.

You will build trusted relationships, support those with social, emotional and behavioural challenges, and collaborate with teachers and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth work or related fields is beneficial but not required.
