Tasks and responsibilities

• Support the delivery of youth club sessions, activities, and programmes.
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all young people.
• Build positive relationships with young people and act as a role model.
• Support young people with additional or special educational needs where required.
• Assist with planning and setting up activities, games, and workshops.
• Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour.
• Help supervise young people during sessions, trips, and events.
• Work as part of a team with staff and other volunteers.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies at all times.
• Take part in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Provide feedback and ideas to help improve youth club activities and programmes.
