Job summary

CareTech Community Services at Southlands School in England seeks a committed Support Worker to help young people develop life skills, participate in activities, and grow independence.

You will work in a safe, nurturing environment, supporting daily living tasks, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and progressing through funded training to a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS and reference checks will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.
• Must hold a clean Full UK Driving License.
• Nationally recognised Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification support provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist young people in developing life skills and confidence.
• Provide a nurturing environment that promotes individual growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans.
