Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Youth Support Worker in Hatfield. The role involves supporting young people through independence, with a focus on fostering a caring, stable daily routine and ensuring a safe, engaging home environment.

Shift patterns include days with regular sleep-ins; salary is £31,700 per year, inclusive of sleep-in payments. Sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people.
• Willingness to pursue related qualification and ongoing training.
• Team player who can cover day shifts with sleep-ins.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using digital systems to document records daily.

• Resource facilities around employment, housing, money matters.
• Be emotionally available to listen to views and feelings.
