Job summary

The Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) in North-West London is seeking a dedicated Youth Team professional to support neurodivergent young people and families through groups, courses and one-to-one sessions.

You will line-manage Youth Support Workers, help plan and develop programmes, and ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting funder requirements. The role is fixed to 28 hours with some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong knowledge of working with ADHD and/or autistic young people.
• Experience in managing people and projects.
• Able to run groups and courses; confident communicator.
• Organised and person-centred, neurodiversity affirming support.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of the Youth Service and assist with day-to-day leadership.
• Line manage and supervise Youth Support Workers.
• Deliver direct support to neurodivergent young people and families in sessions and groups.
• Undertake administrative, project management, and planning tasks to meet funder requirements.
