Job summary

Centre for ADHD and Autism Support (CAAS) is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to support the operational management of the Youth Service in North-West London. You will help lead programmes, supervise Youth Support Workers, and deliver one-to-one and group activities for neurodivergent young people and their families.

The role includes admin tasks, project planning, and monitoring service delivery to meet funder requirements. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong knowledge of working with ADHD and/or autistic young people.
• Experience managing people and projects.
• Enjoy working with people and feel confident running groups and courses.
• Organised, a good communicator, and committed to neurodiversity affirming, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of the Youth Service and assist the Youth Services Manager.
• Line manage and supervise Youth Support Workers to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Deliver direct support to neurodivergent young people and families through 1:1 sessions, groups, and courses.
• Undertake admin, project management and strategic planning tasks, including scheduling and reporting to funders.
• Work across a variety of settings; some evenings or weekends may be required.
