You will lead the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of youth service staff and community volunteers, focusing on professional development and performance improvement.
You will be responsible for coordinating clear and impactful evidence of positive outcomes for Young People through robust quality assurance procedures and high-quality data recording and monitoring.
This role requires a deep knowledge of processes to produce high-quality, accurate statistics and the ability to produce clear reports for various audiences.

This role will lead youth work solutions to help young people achieve personal, social, and educational goals, working strategically and developing effective partnerships.
The Youth Service Lead will provide expertise and strategic direction in Curriculum, Policy, Youth Work Practice, Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, collaborating across the organization to ensure a skilled workforce.
