Tottenham Hotspur is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Officer to support welfare and development of young players in the Academy. You will work under the Senior Safeguarding Manager, coordinating host families, DBS checks, and welfare assessments across North London.

This role blends social care, education, and programme management to safeguard emerging talent. You will engage with players, parents and staff, attend meetings, and develop guidance for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in safeguarding, welfare, or youth support settings.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and relevant legislation.
• Able to coordinate host families and welfare checks.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior Safeguarding Manager with case management and meetings.
• Coordinate host family recruitment, inductions, DBS checks and visits.
• Maintain records and provide welfare checks for players and families.
• Provide out-of-hours safeguarding support as needed.
