Murray in the United Kingdom is seeking a Young Person’s Recovery Coach to support youth wellbeing and prevent relapse from alcohol and drugs. You will tailor personal development plans, provide emotional and practical support, and help young people set realistic goals on their journey to employment and education.

The role includes building confidence, motivating youth towards positive destinations such as training, volunteering, and work, and reporting to the Service Manager - Employability.

Qualificações

• PVG Scheme membership for working with children and/or protected adults is required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote recovery for young people at risk from alcohol and drugs.
• Tailor personal development plans and provide emotional and practical support.
• Help set realistic employability-focused goals on the journey to work, training, education and volunteering.
• Support young people to build confidence and motivation for positive destinations such as employment or volunteering.
• Report to the Service Manager - Employability.
