Job summary
Reed in Partnership in Norwich is seeking an experienced Youth Jobs Programme Manager to lead stakeholder engagement, performance management and coaching across a Norfolk caseload. The role is office based with travel, offers a generous base salary (£34,750 - £43,000), full-time (flexible/part-time considered) and a commitment to development and progression.
We value line management experience, strong administration and the ability to work with multiple agencies to help young people gain work
Qualifications
- Direct line management experience
- Track record of meeting targets
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong admin and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel across Norfolk region
- Degree or relevant qualification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement with DPW, JCP and employers
- Manage performance, identify skills gaps, mentor and coach staff
- Oversee a small caseload of participants
- Support delivery against targets and budget
- Coordinate training needs and development plans
- Regular reviews and performance development discussions
- Monitor KPI performance and use MI tools to drive improvements
