New Wine is seeking a Youth Pastor to cover maternity leave at St Mary Bredin in Canterbury. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant faith and the ability to share the Good News with young people.

The role includes working with a supportive staff team and leading in youth discipleship. The contract is for 6 months, with a salary range of £25,000-32,000 per annum depending on experience.

• A deep, vibrant and secure personal relationship with God.
• A passion and gift for sharing the Good News of Jesus with young people.
• A confidence in the gospel as the power of God for salvation.

Responsabilités

• Share the gospel with and disciple young people in the community.
• Work as part of a supportive staff team with committed volunteers.
• Provide encouragement and support for parents.
