We have an exciting opportunity at Telford Minster for the right person to lead us into the next phase of youth work. The purpose of this role is to develop and lead a strong youth work team, encourage young people in Telford to explore their identities, grow in confidence, discover faith in schools and the community, and come to faith in Jesus, developing a lifelong call to follow Christ. This involves working with young people from Years 6-13 from diverse backgrounds.

We offer a two-year fixed contract with the possibility of review.

The remuneration is up to £29,228, depending on experience.
