About the Role

Are you passionate about amplifying young people’s voices and creating meaningful change? We’re seeking a creative, organized Youth Participation and Project Officer to support engagement and research projects with young people, parents, and carers. Your role will involve ensuring their experiences influence decisions, policy, and practice.

You will plan and deliver inspiring workshops, focus groups, and educational resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with young people and crafting impactful content. Additionally, you will edit and maintain our educational websites (WordPress and Squarespace), support lesson planning, and confidently run insight sessions both in the UK and internationally.

Location & Working Arrangements

Based in our Cowbridge office with options for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with young people, parents, and carers to gather insights and feedback.
  2. Design and deliver workshops, focus groups, and educational resources.
  3. Edit and maintain educational websites using WordPress and Squarespace.
  4. Support lesson planning and educational activities.
  5. Conduct insight sessions both domestically and internationally.
