Job summary

Railway Children is looking for a full-time Youth Outreach Practitioner based in Glasgow. Qualifications

• Experience of successfully engaging and supporting young people and families in an outreach setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage in patrols to safeguard young people (ages 10-17) at risk of exploitation.
• Support young people identified for 1-1 direct support.
• Build strong relationships with social care, police, and local services.
