Youth Offending Team Manager in London.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead operations for the Youth First Response Service (YFRS) in partnership with other managers and statutory agencies, focusing on Out of Court and statutory Court disposals, including Referral Orders, Youth Rehabilitation Orders, and Custody.
2. Drive continuous development, improvement, and performance management for all Out of Court and statutory Court disposals.
3. Ensure operational management of services strengthens responses to children and young people's needs, increasing family resilience and well-being.
4. Work closely with peer YFRS operational managers to embed systemic, trauma-informed, and child-first practices across partner services, collaborating with police, education, social care, and others.
5. Adopt a holistic approach to support vulnerable children, ensuring high-quality provision within YFRS and partner services.
6. Manage, develop, organize, and control this professional service area to meet all council, professional, and legislative requirements.
7. Prepare for HMIP inspection readiness.
