Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to children and young adults who are victims or at risk of violence.
• Identify risk and support needs of clients and refer to specialist services.
• Develop productive relationships with partner agencies.

Skills

Knowledge of issues affecting young people

Experience working directly with young people

Understanding of safeguarding policies

Knowledge of equality and diversity issues

Education

5 GCSEs or equivalent, grade C or above
