Qualifications

• Experience in a mentoring, youth work, or pastoral role within education or social care settings.

• Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach to supporting students' personal growth.
• A creative, energetic approach to engaging students and helping them find joy in learning and development.
• An interest or background in mental health, social work, or youth services would be advantageous.
• Tuition experience for at least 1 year.
