As a Youth Mentor in Bristol, you’ll work directly with young people facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and Special Educational Needs (SEN), by delivering unique blend of intervention, through both sport and academic support, you can help re-engage students with their education and learning.
Whether you’ve worked in youth support before or are simply someone with empathy and drive, ready to venture into something new and rewarding – you’ll be welcomed, trained, and empowered to grow in a role that truly changes lives.
You’ll be working in a school and community setting in Bristol, providing individualised mentoring to students who need consistent, trusted role models. This is about showing up and being someone young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) can relate to.
You might have experience in youth work, coaching, mental health, social care, or creative sectors. Or maybe you’ve supported someone close to you and discovered your calling along the way. If you bring patience, empathy, and commitment, we’ll help you develop the skills you need.
