An alternative education provider in Middlesbrough seeks a passionate individual to support disengaged young people aged 11–16. In this part-time role, you will help foster engagement and positive behavior through personalized attention and a flexible curriculum. Experience with vulnerable youth is essential. Location: Middlesbrough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:30pm (term time only)
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

We’re working with a fantastic independently owned Alternative Provision that offers a fresh start to students who need a different approach.
This isn’t a typical classroom role – it’s about connection, patience, and consistency. You’ll work closely with small groups and individuals, helping them re-engage with learning, build trust, and grow in confidence.
