The Role - Youth Mentor

Qualiteach are looking for a highly experienced individual to join one of our SEMH schools as a Youth Mentor supporting secondary aged students both in and outside of the classroom. As a Youth Mentor you will be providing mentorship and setting targets to help your students get on track and to support them with their academic progression and development. As a Youth Mentor, you will be required to provide a firm but fair approach, whilst offering positive reinforcement and support to boost the self-esteem and confidence of the students you are working with.
