University of Oxford's Department of Psychiatry invites applications for a Research Assistant to support the MARGINS study. The role involves coordinating data collection across four waves, recruitment and engagement with young participants, and ensuring day-to-day study delivery on-site at the Warneford Hospital.

You will work with the OxWell Project Manager and senior researchers, applying quantitative and qualitative methods as needed, and helping optimize procedures and retention strategies

Qualificações

• Experience with longitudinal research and follow-up of participants in mental health research would be desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the longitudinal study, including recruitment, engagement and follow-up of participants.
• Manage your own research and administration activities within project guidelines.
• Plan, set up and deliver data collection across four waves, and identify improvements to procedures and retention.
