Job summary

Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking an enthusiastic Research Assistant to join the Wirral Child Health and Development Study (WCHADS/First Steps) and a new Wellcome-funded multi-cohort study examining social media policy impacts on young people's mental health.

You will recruit and retain families, communicate with young people and parents, coordinate repeated questionnaires, and help develop age-appropriate measures, with hybrid working across MMU and University of Liverpool.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain families for the longitudinal study.
• Communicate with young people and parents about the study.
• Coordinate repeated questionnaire assessments.
• Contribute to development and piloting of age-appropriate measures.
• Co-facilitate a young person advisory group.
