Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner for its CYPS Mindworks Hub East in Leatherhead. The post requires professional registration (NMC, HCPC or SWE) and substantial experience with under-18s, including risk assessments and group interventions.

Qualifications

• Must be professionally registered with NMC as a Mental Health Nurse, HCPC or SWE.
• Significant experience of working with under 18 year olds.
• Ability to deliver assessments and interventions to children and young people.
