Job summary

Mindworks Hub Youth Justice Clinical Practitioner in Leatherhead is responsible for responding to consultation requests, assessing and delivering goal-based interventions for young people with mental health or behavioural needs. You will work closely with housing, education, and substance misuse services and other supports to safeguard and support youth. Follow SABP policies, undertake risk assessments, and contribute to case planning and outreach as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for consultation and assess and provide goal-based interventions to young people presenting with mental health difficulties and/or behavioural / neurodevelopmental needs.
• Work closely with housing, education, substance misuse services and other services supporting young people.
